Our neighbor's son's girlfriend (got that?) came over today with her new little 9 week old boxer puppy, Hannah. (That is Bit in the picture with Hannah there, though.) Heidi took to little Hannah just like a momma. (something she will never be...) It was adorable watching the two of them play. If only we could get another boxer puppy that would just stay that little...
Hannah kept nipping under Heidi's chin at her collar and tags. Some of her "nips" were more like bites - puppy bites, though. Heidi kept trying to get Hannah between her front legs like she was trying to protect her.
They just tumbled and chased and wore little Hannah out. Hannah went back inside after their first play time and conked out!
Isn't that sweet...?
Ah, Hannah finally stays still for a moment.
Little Buddy REALLY likes little dogs. And cats. Two things his Daddy NEVER plans to have.
Heidi wanted Hannah to just cuddle up with her and be still. Hannah had no intentions of being "still". I had forgotten how Heidi had acted like that just a short time ago...
